1. Manufacturer's Limited Warranty
We take tremendous pride in our handcrafted craftsmanship. All units include limited warranty coverage against manufacturing defects:

2. Shipping, Logistics & Transit Terms
Ahmedabad Local Delivery: Local deliveries in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar are coordinated directly from our workshop.
Pan-India Delivery: We deliver across India. Delivery charges depend on the destination and are confirmed in your quotation before you pay.
Self-Assembly Outside Ahmedabad: Swings delivered outside Ahmedabad are supplied for self-assembly and fitting. A local carpenter or handyman can mount it using the supplied hardware.
Important: No Guarantee for Third-Party Shipping & Transit
All deliveries outside local Ahmedabad are handed over to independent commercial transport agencies and road logistics providers. Ketan Products assumes NO guarantee, liability, or warranty for transit times, delivery delays, carrier mishandling, scratches, or damages occurring during third-party transportation, as logistics operations across India are managed entirely by external carriers. Goods travel strictly at the buyer's risk and expense.
Packaging & Wooden Crate Policy
Standard packaging comprises heavy-duty protective bubble wrap, foam corner protectors, and industrial corrugated wrapping. All-India wooden crating is NOT guaranteed and is not provided by default for all consignments. Wooden crate packaging depends strictly on destination feasibility, product model, and transporter requirements, and may incur additional packaging costs upon prior customer request.
Delivery Inspection: When collecting or receiving your shipment from the transport hub or carrier vehicle, you must thoroughly inspect the outer parcel and goods in the presence of the delivery person before signing the delivery receipt (bilty/consignment note).
3. Ceiling Anchoring & Installation Standards
Safety is our highest priority. Because ceiling types vary from RCC reinforced concrete slabs to wooden rafters or false ceilings, please adhere to these standards:
Solid RCC Slab Anchor: Swings must be mounted directly into solid RCC ceilings using forged steel anchor fasteners or pre-cast ceiling hooks.
False Ceilings: Never anchor directly into gypsum, POP, or false ceiling frames. The anchor must extend into the parent RCC slab above.
Free-Standing Swing Frames: If ceiling anchoring is not possible in your apartment or rental home, we manufacture free-standing heavy metal frames that require zero drilling!
4. Care & Maintenance Tips
Powder-Coated Metal Frames
Wipe with a soft, damp microfiber cloth. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaning agents. Lubricate ceiling bearings once annually with machine oil. For the best long-term condition, repaint the metal frame every 2 years.
Teak wood
For outdoor or open balcony swings, apply clear polyurethane or natural teak oil every 18-24 months to nourish the wood and preserve its warm lustre.
