1. What Are Cookies and Local Storage?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work properly, remember user interface settings, and provide a seamless browsing experience.
Local Storage is a similar technology that allows websites to store small preference tokens securely within your web browser without transmitting them to foreign servers on every page request.
2. Cookies and Storage Used on Ketan Products
We only use essential and functional storage. Below is a comprehensive list of what is stored:

3. Advertising & Third-Party Analytics
Zero Third-Party Advertising: Ketan Products does not sell user data, nor do we run third-party advertising scripts, Facebook tracking pixels, or cross-domain ad networks. We do not track your activity across other websites.
Google Analytics (only if you accept): We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. If you press Accept on the notice, Google sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years) to recognise a returning browser. IP addresses are anonymised. If you press Decline, nothing is loaded or stored.
4. Customer Inquiry & Personal Data Handling
When you submit an enquiry form or request a custom swing estimate via our website:
- Collected Information: We only collect the details you voluntarily submit (your name, email address, phone number, and message specifications).
- Purpose of Collection: Your information is used exclusively by the Ketan Products sales and support team to communicate with you regarding your swing requirements, prepare quotations, and provide customer support.
- Database Security: All inquiries are transmitted via encrypted HTTPS and secured behind Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Only authenticated administrators can view enquiry records.
- Where It Is Stored: Enquiries are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, and this website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data only to run the service for us. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics also receives anonymised visit data (see section 3).
- Email Notification: When you send an enquiry, a copy of your name, contact details and message is emailed to the Ketan Products team's Gmail inbox so we can reply quickly.
- How Long We Keep It: We keep your enquiry for 3 months from the date you send it, so we can respond to you and prepare a quotation. After that it is automatically deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
- Your Choices: You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, by contacting us using the details at the end of this page.
- No Data Renting or Selling: We never sell, lease, or share your contact information with external marketers or third parties. Apart from the service providers above, your details are seen only by the Ketan Products team.
5. How to Manage or Disable Cookies in Your Browser
You can control, restrict, or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Please note that disabling all cookies may prevent certain functional interface features (such as admin login or layout memory) from functioning as intended.
