1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order with Ketan Products ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact us for clarification before confirming an order.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Inquiries

• Estimates & Catalog Pricing: Displayed prices and online estimates are indicative. Formal binding quotations are provided upon confirming specifications, custom sizing, accessories (e.g. hanging chains, cushions), and delivery destination.
• Validity: Unless otherwise stated in writing, all commercial quotations are valid for 15 days due to raw material (iron and teak wood) price fluctuations.
• Taxes & Freight: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and transport/freight charges, which depend on the delivery location, are stated transparently on your proforma invoice before payment.

3. Custom Made-to-Order Swings

A substantial portion of Ketan Products swings are handcrafted according to specific customer dimensions, balcony configurations, powder-coating shades, and timber selections.

4. Payment Terms

Orders typically require an advance deposit (typically 50%) to initiate procurement and workshop fabrication, with the remaining balance payable prior to dispatch or upon delivery for local Ahmedabad orders. Accepted payment modes include UPI, Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS), and verified digital methods.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

All photographs, 3D renderings, product designs, brand marks, and technical swing specifications published on this website are the intellectual property of Ketan Products. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial scraping, or re-use without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability & Structural Safety

While all Ketan Products swings are engineered with heavy-gauge materials and high safety factors, Ketan Products is not liable for structural failures resulting from:

• Inadequate ceiling or beam anchoring by third-party contractors.
• Exceeding recommended occupant weight limits.
• Improper installation of non-certified hanging hooks or ropes.

7. Third-Party Shipping & Transit Disclaimer

All transportation outside of local Ahmedabad is contracted to independent third-party transport companies. Ketan Products assumes NO guarantee, liability, or warranty for transit times, delivery delays, carrier mishandling, transit damage, or transit scratches. All consignments travel strictly at the buyer's risk.

No Wooden Crate Guarantee: Wooden crate packaging is not guaranteed or included by default for all shipments. Standard packaging consists of protective bubble wrap and corrugated padding. Wooden crates depend on destination feasibility and transporter availability, and may incur additional charges upon customer request.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and any contracts formed with Ketan Products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, legal claim, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
